My daughter and I went to Styles & Files for the first time yesterday. We both had Tracy Brooks and were very pleased with the results. Tracey went out of her way and took a great deal of pains to make my 17 year old daughter's hair style perfect. The salon and the people who work there are wonderful. We are both looking forward to being regulars.

I had a bad experience the first time i went, i didn't get the cut i ask for at all but my husband told me to make an appointment with Bettye Royal so i did and im so glad i did she did everything i asked for and fixed the mistakes of my first trip there. I think the shop has a great atmosphere i just hope that "one" bad apple doesn't spoil the bunch. Thank you Bettye you are the best!

I had a home hair color catastrophe and called Styles and Files. They fit me in within two hours the same day. Tracy Brooks was my stylist and instead of stripping my color and starting over, she worried about the condition of my hair and just did toning and highlights which I was worried about. It came out great! The cut was great too and I was a wreck about getting my haircut due to terrible experiences in the past. Great place, great atmosphere, would definitely recommend!

Stay away ! At least from Tracey, she butchered my hair, it is so short I'm ashamed to leave the house. She had 2 photo's to look at that showed her the length, it is at least twice as short. She starts talking and the more she talks the more she cuts. I won't go back, of course I won't NEED to go anywhere for a haircut for the next 3 months !
