Honest, caring and meticulous with details in our contract ! Closing was is a breeze with Styls & Dingle. We also really enjoyed meeting the four legged support staff. Highly recommend !!!
As a mortgage lender, I recently had an opportunity to work with Styles & Dingle on a closing with my own family. They were great to work with from both a client/family perspective as well as a lender. I've done several closing in Charleston and the buyers attorney has always represented the transaction. For some reason Styles and Dingle didn't want to or didn't feel capable, so at their request I got my own attorney to represent me as the seller. This of course came at additional cost, but I'm glad I did. Styles and Dingle double charged on an item in the closing and then I had to go through my attorney to get them to issue a correction refund check.
