FLAKEY. I made an appointment weeks in advance to get an up-do for my brother’s wedding on Saturday. I got a confirmation text today - Thursday, 2 days before the wedding and I confirmed. Later the same evening I get a text from Renee stating she won’t be working in Temecula on Saturday but I can come in on Friday instead. Why on earth would I come in the day before for an up-do??? I don’t sleep standing up. How unprofessional to leave this booked till basically the last minute!

I'm not sure what happened but this last time I went in for a color and the stylist started yelling at me and told me to get out. I asked if anything was wrong and she kept screaming that nobody likes me which just seemed very off. It was so bad that another stylist came out after and asked if I was ok andwhy she was yelling at me. She said she could hear her through the doors. I wish I could share the same experience as everyone else. Renee is very pleasant. My hair looks great in the front. I paid her fee left happy and pleased until I got home and look at the back of my head. It was bald. with no shape very embarrassing. That explained why she did not show me the back of my head. It also explained why folks were staring at me. This was the worst experience I ever had and total nightmare because I had to cancel my trip.
