The owner is very pleasant, the stylist i had completely damaged y hair with color and burned my scalp. Didn't even have remorse
Poor Customer Service - Takes forever and the owner is very rude. My wife was very upset when she got home. So I am writing to say. DON'T GO unless you don't have nothing else to do!!!
The owner is great. Had 2 very bad experiences a few years apart with different stylists there but never any confusion with the owner. And the other stylists are predominantly a kind bunch.
An awesome experience every time. Highly recommend booking with one of their stylists.
