Still have flash backs from this ridiculos place. 8 years ago..shameful how harmful treatment sticks with you. First experince was so bad. Got offered wine while pregnant. Guess they thought I was just fat. Dont see how when my belly was huge.Was laughed at and commented to after refussing wine telling them I was pregnant" oh, thats why you dont care about your hair!" Hope things have changed.
The owner is very pleasant, the stylist i had completely damaged y hair with color and burned my scalp. Didn't even have remorse
Poor Customer Service - Takes forever and the owner is very rude. My wife was very upset when she got home. So I am writing to say. DON'T GO unless you don't have nothing else to do!!!
The owner is great. Had 2 very bad experiences a few years apart with different stylists there but never any confusion with the owner. And the other stylists are predominantly a kind bunch.
An awesome experience every time. Highly recommend booking with one of their stylists.
