I have been going to Megan for almost 2 years now & the most recent experience I had was my 3rd strike. The last 3 times I went in, I was seen by Mia. I will say that I am not always the best communicator & I can be wishy-washy with my hair, but with that being said, in this industry (which I have been part of for nearly 7 years) you pamper your clients.
