Greetings.... unfortunately the stylist (Norman) lost his concentration when he styled the back of my natural hair.... because there is no consistent uniformity (see attached pics)....he just bunched the ends together. Very disappointing; in fact, these same haphazard knots at the base of my neck began separating (they came a loose) the very next day.
