I recently had the pleasure of having my hair done by Mrs. Carmen for my upcoming birthday. It is rare when you go to a salon and make an appointment that the stylist honors that agreement made. She was on time and waiting for me which felt lovely. Part of her charm is the fact that she does not allow phones in her chair. “If she can’t use her phone, you won’t!”.
