If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would! I recently visited Styles by Ashley and had an amazing experience from start to finish. When I arrived, she had a couple of clients in her chair and under the dryer, which I understood—no big deal at all. My appointment was at 11:15, and I was in her chair by 12. She moved efficiently and professionally, making sure everyone was taken care of without making me feel overlooked. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. TL.DR STAY AWAY FROM THIS NEGATIVE WOMAN, SHE DOES NOT TREAT YOU WITH RESPECT UNLESS YOU HAVE SHORT HAIR Went here from a recommendation from my mom's friend, absolutely disappointed. For starters, she had me wait an hour AFTER my schedule appointment time (Supposed to start at 3:15, got started at 4:30). I booked with Styles By Resse, On Nov-4. Seeing her work on IG I knew she has amazing skills. Appt confirmed Sewin , contacted me several times day of appointment. Only to cancel on me at appt time.
