I called yesterday and booked an appointment for today at 11:00 am. I’m working night shift, so I don’t get off until 5 am. Still, I woke up at 9:30, showered and washed my hair and came in at 10:30. When I got there, I was told it’d be a 10 minute wait, which was fine since I was early for my “appointment”. The lobby was empty and there was 2 stylists with a client each. 0 stars very bad service I didn't even get what I wanted honestly this lady ruby and her sister are horrible wouldn't recommend coming here she overprocessed my hair and I knew someone was happening and she was still telling me I was unpatient while she was brushing My hair alot of pieces where falling out Like it was not normal at all and she was acting like nothing happen please guys I ask not to Come here !
