worst service i ever got. I went in for japanese hair straightening. I was promised pin straight hair and i was left with unmanageable, rough, frizzy wavy hair. Yes i did get deep conditioning which was supposed to restore my hair to its natural state. another disappointment!

I went in for hair extensions which is their speciallity. I saw some pictures that looked great. I had real short hair. they should have warned me about it. Once i got my extensions my short hair spiked up and looked terrible. I had long hair with short spikes sticking out! I am one very unsatisfied customer. I do not recommend this salon. I rather shave my head completely than go back to this salon.
This salon is the most professional one I have seen in the city. Shelly is a master of hair design and color. I have had extensions applied for many years now and have received many compliments from friends and strangers. Her staff is fantastic and Zoe is very knowledgable about current trends and styles.
I went last year for extensions and Shelly, the owner, told me that they would be easy to take care of and would not hurt my hair. She was right. The extensions lasted for 8 months! I had no problems at all. Then this year I decided to do it again. I think it was even better this time. I guess because Ive had them before and I really knew how to take care of them. Anyway, the shop is very private and they really seem to go the extra mile to give me what I want. Thanks Shelly and Zoe!
I went in with my hair totally trashed from too much highlighting. First I got the biolustre treatment to repair my hair. Then I got extensions. I cant believe that I went in looking so bad and now my hair looks better than ever! Thanks gals ...peace out.
I went here last week and I had pretty short hair all over too. I wanted to get extensions. I thought they were real nice and gave me lots of info. They told me I could get them but I would have to learn to fix my hair differently so that my short hair would blend into the long hair. It took me some time to get use to it but now I love it. I guess when you have real short hair you have to realize its a little more work to blowdry and fix but its worth it when you can have the long hair you want.
