The arrangement was beautiful. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond. Exceptional customer service. I highly recommend them.
The online ordering process was easy and seamless, and the folks at the store were friendly and helpful! I had a week long gap after ordering and before pick up, but the employees kept me updated on my order throughout the waiting period. They even sent me a preview picture of my finished bouquet! I assumed that I was going to get a typical printed piece of paper for my "card" but they included a hand written actual card of the card message that I requested. That was a super nice touch!
