Stylecraft is excellent. Gina Fusco with the Outpost homes as been invaluable in assisting me with purchasing a home. Sonya Orlick with Caliber Home Loans is also a great resource as well.
Great condos; just be warned, Hardywood next door gets SUPER loud, and while that might not be a problem once or twice a month, it can sometimes be difficult to find a weekend where you can get some quiet to watch a movie without random songs accompanying it. (I say that as someone who currently lives across the street). I'd have considered buying if it weren't for that!
Lindsay and Gina at Stylecraft have been amazing! They answered my many questions with patience and walked me through the steps of putting in a contract. I am VERY excited to move into my new home at the Outpost at Brewers Row!
I took a tour of the Outpost at Brewers Row with one of my realtors I work with and it was really cool seeing it in the framing stage.
