Bought a townhome in December 2023 and have had numerous problems including condensation line freezing, toilet needed to be replaced due to leak, gas line and roof leaks, all due to poor workmanship. Now I’m getting “dust” coming out of the HVAC ducts that looks like the insulation used in the attic
