I went to Morgan for the first time. Shared with her what I wanted and even showed her photos and everything. Looked great when I left. When I got home and saw my hair in differnt lightings it looks nothing like the photo I showed her. I contacted her and informed her I though she had pulled more brown through the bottom of my blonde hair to add more dimension.
