My mother and I went to this nail spa, and it was such a bad experience. The older lady, who is also the owner of the salon, is who took care of me. She never acknowledged me or even greeted me; however, she talked in her language to the young guy sitting next to her the entire time. She began taking my gel nail polish off with the electric nail file, sanding off the polish. The space is great, but the employees are not friendly and seemed like they didn’t want to be there. I don’t go to the nail salon often and when I go I want a good experience. I will not be back.
