They killed my natural nails I had been growing for months. I asked her not to use the Dremel on the bottom part of my nail and she assured me it would be fine. Now I have no natural nails on my right hand. I’m so mad I could scream. months of work ruined in 30 mins and $65 . Im beyond sad.
I have been using this nail spa for a while. I was really pleased after my initial visits and recommended Sunny Nail Spa to several friends and family, but the overall quality of service has significantly declined since the beginning of the year. My mother and I went to this nail spa, and it was such a bad experience. The older lady, who is also the owner of the salon, is who took care of me. She never acknowledged me or even greeted me; however, she talked in her language to the young guy sitting next to her the entire time. She began taking my gel nail polish off with the electric nail file, sanding off the polish.
