Great price for quality product
Not impressed with the cheap quality. Also poor communication. The owner went out of the country without calling us with an update (this was about 2 weeks past the time we were told 8 weeks) At 10 weeks I started calling to find out what was going on...that's when i found out she was out of the country... The louvers are wobbly with the little nails and the way the corners are cut, some of the louvers can have holes at the bottom 2 corners letting in the light (they blamed it on the saw they use and were aware of this issue ... read more
Had a good experience. Some issues from the manufacturer but was not stylewises fault and they remedied the situation with no hassle. The installer they subcontract is a super nice guy and was always friendly. We love our shades.
Total experience was awesome! Quality shutters at an affordable price! Jackie and Shawn were so professional and super nice!! Highly recommend!!
