Outstanding service, Mr. Edgar, the project manager, was incredibly thorough. He kept us informed on even the most minuscule updates. He was available around the clock and any problem or concern that arose he took care of it with urgency. I could go on for days about his outstanding customer service but as for the project itself we are beyond satisfied. The craftsmanship is great and attention to detail is apparent. Was nervous at first hiring the company based on the previous reviews. However, I did take a leap of faith to just “kick the tires”. Out of all the companies I spoke to this one was very impressive. From my first to last encounter they were very responsive, answered all my questions even though they might have been dumb questions they were professional and were respectful in answering. Useless company...they Sub contract all the work. There is little oversight from management. No one know English in the company. If I could give them 0 I definitely would. Don't waste your money people
