Kindness could have gone a long way. I have been a customer for a long time to Elaine. I requested a high light and she color my hair black. She told me I could go back to fix it. I made a mistake on my calendar. We set up for another time. I had an accident right when I was leaving to her salon. I had to turn around and changed my clothes . I was 15 minutes.
