The Style Salon and Boutique in New Berlin is very elegant! I have always had a very positive experience at the Style Salon. I have always received both excellent service and value. I especially liked the boutique and the lounge. I found the hair dressers and customer service to be very polite and professional.

I really wanted to like this place. I called and made an appointment for 6:30. I also have a voice mail regarding that 6:30 time. On the day of the appointment at 6:07, they called to remind me of my 7pm. Do you mean 6:30? No. Hard no. 7. I got there at 7, still had to wait 10 minutes, and a girl comes out thanking them for squeezing her in. I mean, if an appointment goes long, please just be upfront.
