They treated us so nice! I got a new set (dip and tip) and a pedicure. My daughter got a new set (French dip w tip). We both loved our nails and the service. Everyone was so friendly. Our first time here but apparently under new management (and doing excellent work).
My mom has had her nails done there twice and had a bad experience with Chinese employees working there. Her nails were not done correctly, customer service was poor, and was never welcomed by anyone. Since she's not Asian descent, she definitely won't be back and for the owners they definitely need to train their employees how to give customer service to everyone and not be so mean and hateful.
Rushed not exactly what I expected for these
Truly one of the best nail salon in town! Always feel relaxed and satisfied with their service. What i love about this place is they never rush and really know how to take care of your nails.
I love this brown color on my dark skin(D87). They allow walk ins and have fair pricing. However, they have drilled on to my skin twice now (two different techs). A result of rushing (to accommodate walk ins) and not being too specialized in black skin I think? Because when I’ve spoken up, both techs played it down. Or couldn’t see the visible cut… (inner corner of the thumb so difficult to photograph, but trust me it HURT getting drilled). Then at the end when they sprayed the sanitizer it burned the cuts.
