The technician hit my black ink tattoo with a hair removal laser during a session. I got a deep second degree blistering burn that ulcerated into a deep wound. The ink from my tattoo came off and left me with a scar. They told me to put Bacitracin ointment on it and then ignored repeated attempts to get in touch with them afterwards. I'm a physician and every good dermatologist will tell you to avoid using anything other than petrolatum for wound healing due to contact dermatitis risk.
