Brought my dogs here for a nail trim. I've got a 6 year old German shepherd I adopted and wasn't certain how she would react, so wanted to start her off with something small and uncomplicated. The girls were sooooo nice and very understanding. They let me do a walk in, even though they are by appointment only, and let me stay while they got the dogs done real quick. I had my 8 month old yorkie/ Pom groomed today at southern styles. This was his first time going to a groomer and I was super nervous. He is a nervous dog and I wasn't sure how he would do. BUT he immediately took to the groomer Casey, and when I picked him up not only did he look beyond amazing, but he was a happy dog. I wish I could rate it more then 5 stars lol!!! I will be back again and again no doubt. The facility is open, you can see everything going on, and it's clean and adorable. Thank you southern styles !!

You WERE told because I heard Casey tell you with my own ears. So you are obviously free to go wherever you choose, but you need to take responsibility for the condition of your dogs coat. It was too matted and dirty for dematting, our only choice was to clip short. She was way overdue for grooming. We ALWAYS clearly explain our process and if the owners don't approve, we do not groom the dog. That's always been our policy.
We are very happy with our Yorkie and Teddy Bear's grooming today! I will post their before and after pictures in the comments when we get home.
