The staff was great
I am very disappointed with my experience at this salon. I booked a specialized curly haircut because the salon advertises expertise in curly hair. Before the haircut began, the stylist asked whether I wanted to preserve my length, and I told her yes. While my hair ended up much shorter than I expected, my biggest concern is not the length, it's the quality of the haircut itself. Waited nearly 45 minutes for my appointment and was not serviced so I went home. They did give deposit back
Waited nearly 45 minutes for my appointment and was not serviced so I went home. They were rude and I didn't get my $65 dollar deposit back. Will not be booking again.
