It was the first time getting the flowers delivered from here, I usually go and pick out each flowers since I want it to be perfect, so I was hesitant to do the delivery. Notified me that they were unable to fill my order that I had ordered online as they were out of the flowers in the arrangement I had chosen. There was no alternatives suggested, no reply when I emailed back and no one picked up the phone. Perhaps it would have been a better experience if I had gone instore.
