Did a great job for our family installing new flooring and bathroom countertops.
We selected a quality flooring and carpet, 5 years ago. It began to deteriorate, immediately It was so bad that they had to replace the whole hardwood floor. The carpet disintegrated within a couple of months. The second floor was worse! Appeals led to a series of evaluators from the business and manufacturer. All of them left with comments that the materials and workmanship were substandard. (think a wood grain paper over a pressed wood material) Horrible.
