Prices have gotten ridiculous.you can go to the mall .cheaper.
Horrible experience just minutes ago. Brought in a whole bag of clothes to sell which included Hollister, Old Navy, Polo, and several other high dollar brands and they only wanted two pieces of clothing, both of them not even a name brand. Most of the clothes were "too old" or "too short" which makes no sense to me because crop tops are a huge thing right now. Needless to say I will NEVER be going back there again.
I hate this place I haven't been here in about 3 years because when I sold my "name brand" clothing its not good enough so no offer is made I waste my time. My clothes came from a.e., Charlotte russe, etc. not only that but the girls just have a snotty attitude
Had my eye on a beautiful Dooney and Bourke bag I saw on Style Exchange. Picked it up today and it is so pretty. Looks like brand new. Would have paid ALOT. More for this bag in Dillard's, Belk or anywhere. Everyone was so friendly as usual.. Great place to get nice things at a great price. I loved how they message you right back on FB.... Yes this was a great find for me today...wish I would have more time to shop... Next time 😎

I used to love style exchange, they always had a great selection of clothes but in the last couple of years it has changed. Most things are out of style and have a lot of wear to them. I brought clothes in just the other day and they didn't take any because my clothes had "stains" on them. I make sure to wash my clothes before I take them and to look at them first because I have worked at a store exactly like style exchange. Your employees look miserable and they are rude. Would not take even 1 piece from the 40 pieces I brought in to sell. 10 pieces have tags attached and never worn including $50 dress pants from Gap. They said my clothing was too worn. I wish I would have taken the time to check out all these "AWESOME" reviews before even wasting my time. I am pretty sure the employees were just too lazy to even look at items today. I had everything neatly folded, and it doesn't even look as if they were looked at.
I love shopping here. Hate that I don't find a lot of shoes in my size that I like, but that isn't their fault! I usually get GREAT finds & deals and they are always so helpful to make me an outfit (since I typically buy the clothes already put together on display)! Highly recommend!!!
Great place to find name brand cloths for my boys without paying the high retail prices.
I will never do business here again 2 bad experiences just commented on a watch 5 minutes ago and posted hold and my mom was almost there to pick up and I even called in and they said we will hold and then turned around and called back saying it was sold when it was just posted online ...This has happened 2 times here bad business !!!
