I don't know why anyone takes their clothes to this place to sell. I brought in 6 pairs of barely worn converse Chuck Taylor's today and I know for a fact they price these shoes between $12 and $15 on the sales floor. They only offered me $12 cash for all 6 pairs. That's $2 per pair, which is absolutely ridiculous. I used to shop here a lot when they first opened but the store hasn't evolved much besides charging more for the clothes they sell while offering less to sellers. Your offer was $12, but this is because we are 75-90% off retail prices and we do have a specific system that we price items by. The amount that we present to you is just an offer, so you are not required to accept the amount.
Yeah I don't shop here anymore. My husband had a brand new pair of Carhartt pants and they only offered 1.25 for them. While I was looking around waiting on the worthless appraisal I saw a pair of boots that looked like they had been worn on a farm for 50 years with holes in them. We're not the type of people who just try to make money off of things like this. We both have good jobs that we went to college for.smh.
