If I could give it a minus 5 I would. I took great care preparing my clothing making sure it was very neat and actually had list inside my bags that I had to put in the containers. The manager that I spoke to briefly was very nice she had nothing to do with my clothing that I brought. This Store is way too selective , I’ll never go back there again. I’ll never go back there to sell anything again!! They reject new clothing including Ralph Lauren, their store is tiny and seemed to have an already established clientele base , and overall very negative impression.
