Had a very pleasant time in the store with my elderly mother recently. The store manager was extremely pleasant and even insisted on bringing a chair around for my mother when she got tired and helped her strap on the shoes she was trying on, which we ended up buying, because of the kind gesture. The store was very organized and clean. Will tell my friends all about it.
Came in for a dress for a funeral, left with 5 for parties! Michelle helped me pick out what was appropriate for each occasion and the store is exceptionally clean. A tight run ship indeed! Will be back for 5 more soon!

Staff not friendly, also beware of "designer" purses. Very picky on what they want to buy from a customer. Will not be returning.
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this store! Every time I come in, I find cute things and since the prices are really good, they are even affordable! This summer I found brand new shorts with the tags on them from Ann Taylor. Sure glad I didn't pay full retail!
LOVE love LOVE this store!!!! Being a plus size woman it can be hard to find nice clothes with out breaking the bank but on my first trip I found 3 dresses (one cocktail party dress and one church/date night dress) several shirts, and four or five other things for less than $50. I think it's the only time my husband didn't complain about me buying clothes!
Style Encore is very nice store, but customer service is nonexistent. The staff doesn't smile, greet you or offer to assist you in any way. I've stopped by the store several times looking for a designer purse, and I have had the same experience every time. The brands are okay. I can get the same deals at Macy's during a good sale. I prefer Designer's Second Debut in Conroe.
