I used to shop here all the time... the last time I was in here was right before Covid. I just left and will probably never go back! The little girl at the cash register was so rude to me and my husband. I went into the store 25 minutes before they closed. My husband was on a call and stayed in the truck. Staff is so rude with people, and to use the restroom, the staff have to be happy enough to let you in.

6.5 hour wait is entirely ridiculous. They don’t allow items to be left overnight and picked up the next day, yet that leaves only a half hour window to arrive before they close. Poor management and system.
I like the Style Encore in Willowbrook. I love the Style Encore in The Woodlands. There's no other store that's has 90% off of clothing.
I shop there off and on over the past years. But I shopped there last week and was very impressed with their large section of clearance items of 70 percent off. I made a huge haul. Can't wait until I am able to go shopping again. I love a good bargain.
Really nice selection! So glad they carry larger sizes too, it made for a frustration free shopping trip! I’ll definitely be returning!
