It’s a shame that one employee can ruin an entire experience. I have been buying and selling at this store for years. I continue to go because I like the store, however there is one employee who is shockingly and consistently rude and unprofessional. I'm actually shocked that the owner keeps her employed. I've never seen her been remotely friendly or helpful to anyone, including myself. I cannot be the only one that has complained about her.
