Today I had went in so they can see if they liked any thing I had brought in. They were not busy at all and took forever to tell me that they didn't want anything. Which I can understand but when my friend and I got to the counter the women as unnecessarily rude about it. The other working named Haley was very nice and made sure we were doing ok. Tho I don't think I will come here again.

Absolutely love this place. The staff is amazing. I really needed some clothes that were out of my "comfort zone" and Vanessa helped me for nearly 3 hours. I felt like I was at BuckleI am not generally a consignment shopper but I am Definetly a Style Encore shopper!!
I have shopped there several times, sold a few things and bought a few things! I have always received excellent customer service. Love the organization of all the items!!! Plan to stop in on a regular basis...never know what you may find. They have a great customer appreciation program too!!
I went there to sell a pair of shoes and told them I would think about the price they offered. I decided to come back and sell them to them and said they couldn't buy them from me because they were not the '"style" they take even though the 1st time I came they offered to buy them from me. the lady was very rude about it and just kept saying no because they are "too" pointy. Don't come here because you will be disappointed with the service
I love this store! There is always a great selection, it is clean and organized and the staff is so friendly. It is great that they carry up to 3x. I never leave empty handed.
