I think they need to hire some different people I went there yesterday and the 2 girls were very unprofessional especially the black girl with the ugly necklace on....it's people like her that make me never want to go there again.!!!
The service was great! Everyone was friendly. I wish they labeled the racks where the shirts are by sizes. Had a hard time finding my size shirts. Took some clothes in they took s few and said the others were too teeny, which I really don't understand because I saw teen styles there. Other then that it was great! Will come back
The overall experience here was not great today. Took some things in for resale, and staff didn't even tell me when they were done. Didn't feel very welcome. Won't be going back to shop or take gently used clothes there again. I'd also like to know why I took 3 very sequined dresses there And was sent back with two telling me they were "too formal" but you took my H&M full out sequined dress with the tags still on it? Such a joke. $50 was never worn given $3 and some change. Should have never ever went there. Regret all the ... read more
