Very disappointed. Was told by a friend what a great shop this was. Took a ton of items, several still bearing tags, & they barely looked through the stuff. I took the money for the few items the did decide to take, but I wish I hadn't. After looking around and seeing the garbage they did accept from other people. There are several pieces they are selling with holes and stains! Only thing I can say that's worth it is some of the purses; otherwise, don't waste your time.

Visited the store yesterday and today - great merchandise but one sales lady with the initials CMO was not friendly at all and leaning towards the "rude" side. Not a smart way to start off a new thriving business. All of the other associates were very nice. I would have to get the one who wasn't friendly and much help. Refuse to give me one of the style encore black handle bags because I only spent 90.00 and not 100.00 !
