Really rude staff. They gave my clothes back to me without looking at them and didn't consider them (took nothing) probably based on my appearance. I dropped off a TON of brand new clothes, Banana Republic, BCBG, etc. for my mother, and since I am young with a nose ring/heavy eyeliner/wearing black, they accepted none of the clothes - they were nice to everyone else dropping off clothes, except for me, reminding me that Plato's was next door and they only accepted designer brands and women's clothes etc. The other ladies dro... read more
The ladies were very nice as they lied to my face. They initially took a leather jacket that was in my items to sell. When I looked at the ticket, they had it listed as a fake leather jacket. When I brought this to their attention they proceeded to tell me that the Limited (where the jacket is from) does not sell real leather. The tag inside the jacket clearly states that it is 100% real leather. They were trying to give me the amount for a fake leather, not a real leather and then proceeded to talk to me like I didn't know ... read more
