I went there today with tons of clothes from my daughter, some from last year, some from year before. I didn’t know you could not being the clothes in hangers. That’s the first thing the girl said when I came in. Well, I was very, very surprised that she didn’t take any of the clothes I brought. I was browsing through some of the clothes there and the clothes I brought was definitely better! Very disappointed!!

Every time I go into this store the sales staff is rude to me. Today was no different. I ordered something over the phone and came from out of town to pick it up. While I was there I looked around and found a bunch of cute things. I had a reward on my account and the girl would not give it to me. I shop at Style Encore D’Iberville, Style Encore Baton Rouge, and Style Encore Jonesboro. You should visit these.They all have outstanding customer service. I will not be back to your shop again.
All of the employees are fantastic. They’ve helped me out of a number of jams including finding a last minute outfit for a work event and sending me pictures of heavy winter coats in my size days before a big trip. I really appreciate the personal attention they give me. All of the ladies, including Ms Holleigh from today, are amazing!

⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟🌟 Had a great buying experience with Holleigh. I called to purchase some Kendra Scott jewelry over the phone and she was so helpful and patient. She even took the time to send me some pictures of the items before I made my final decision. Great customer service, great selection and great prices.

Went to sell really nice name brand clothes, most with the tags still on them. They didn’t buy much because they said the clothes were worn or too old. Dresses and sweaters I bought fall 2018 with the tags are too old? Not shopping there again and definitely not bringing clothes there again. I will sell them on FB. Seriously disappointed.
