They young girl sorting clothes didn't look at half the stuff and the items she passed on was new with tag or torrid clothing. Most all my items were dressy plus size and wasnt much of plus size out on rack. The two buying clothes spent more time chatting than actually sorting which caused us to wait longer than need to be. Very disappointed.

I brought in 6 brand new prom dresses still with tags on them never worn and they told me they were stained and worn with fading. I bought these dresses this past prom season and didnt wair them I'm beyond annoyed at how rude and unorganized my encounter was! also they had other prom dresses there in worse condition with wholes and torn hemi for $90 and refused my dresses!
