I went in as a walk in and was told 25 minutes. I was ok with that. They said we could have a seat, but nobody was giving up any room to allow us to sit. So stood there and was told I was next and then 3 others came in and took them before myself. I understand appointments,, but that was plain rude. I finally walked out at 45 minutes. I have told friends and family, some that were customers and I definitely won't be back and sounds like the others won't return again either.

Monica, the owner, and her stylists are always friendly. Always listen to customer and do a Friendly. Call in or walk in. I've been going to them for years since they were in the old Staters complex. Always friendly even though the owners have changed a couple times over the last couple decades.

I made an appointment and when i showed up i was told the lady who was going to cut my hair didnt show. I asked if anyone else there could they told me to make another appointment.

Monica does stunning work:) I came to Monica to fix a pretty bad balayage from the last salon I went to. I wasn’t feeling confident at all with what I walked in with but once I left I felt so amazing with her results it’s sooo dang pretty!!! Great experience, highly recommend! Super sweet and welcoming too!
