Style Crest REVOL HVAC system for a mobile was purchased and professionally installed. The Installer advisted at the time that the seal system had no king valves, and in his opinion was poorly designed. How prophetic those words were. Not 10 months later the unit does not work. The Air Conditioning produces warm air. The HVAC tech trouble shot the entire ststem and says the Condensor needs to be replaced. Warrantee covers the replacement of the Condensor. This heat pump is less than 10 months old and it has broken down 3 times all ready. It's 90 degrees inside my house, and the service tech hasn't called back and isn't even answering his phone.

This HVAC system is horrible my outside compressor stopped working when heat reached over 95 degrees and had several repairs on it, my home was purchased new in August 2018, I am now replacing the whole thing because I'm in Texas and I'm not wanting to deal with this anymore. Stay away .

Buyer beware of inferior products and warranty from style crest. I develop rental properties by bulk, using the same product across the board.. My ac units are failing in 4 years and the warranty doesn't cover labor or freon. They wanted me to pay for everything upfront. Then Style crest would decide what my refund would be. This is not a warranty. I'm phasing style crest out.

I had my unit installed on 03/28/2014 and have not made it through a year without problems. It continues to freeze up and the outside unit shut off and on over and over again. Really hard start and stop. They outside unit is larger than the inside unit. They refuse to match it up correctly. They customer service is horrible. I had my grandchildren living with me and it was over 100 degrees in my house. They told me it would be 2 to 3 weeks to get anything done. Style Crest is selling and installing sub par products. My Mother bought a new home that had a Revolv unit. The unit had problems from the beginning. I finally received assistance on the unit. Now, the problem is arising again. The customer service at Style Crest is less than to be desired. If this is the second major call in a little over a year, there is a larger problem that needs to be addressed. This a horrible company.
