Terrible experience with warranty parts on air conditioner package unit. They expect you to pay up front for parts or order them through them with zero guarantee of being reimbursed. As a tech I highly advise you to go anywhere but with this company. I’ve fought with them for over a month on parts that are on back order (for them, they’re in stock at the local branches) please do not waste your money on this company.
