I had the displeasure of dealing with the Tomball Tx location. When the very nice installer was here installing my A/C system in my new moble home the unit needed an extra 20 ft. of lines installed. I was charged an extra $300. I think this amount is excessive and that that were just taking advantage of me due to the contract with the moble home dealer.
