I've developed a delightful and meaningful professional relationship with Lydia of Style by Lydia. As a photographer, I frequently photograph her work in newly built homes. Every time, her expertise in her craft allows me to show off my craft, and ultimately help sell homes! Lydia is always a delight to work with and I'm grateful for her friendship!

We had a home that buyers loved, but had trouble seeing their own belongings. Lydia listened carefully to the feedback I shared and the obstacles we needed to overcome. She staged it on Wednesday. We took new photos on Thursday. Hosted an open house Sunday. Sold it on Tuesday. Now in my 34 years as a realtor this is not always going to happen. Lydia is a resource we all need to get the job done!
I worked with Lydia to stage my condo, and almost instantly after the new listing photos went up, I started to see increased interest, and shortly thereafter, a buyer. Lydia is communicative and easy to work with, and the staging was absolutely gorgeous!
