When I met her the first time, she was really nice and I loved my facial. Today 12/8/25, I had an appointment with her, and it was raining and therefore I was late(I am never late to anything) apparently she must have thought I was lying and when I was finally 5 mins away she cancelled me. I asked for a refund and she said no. I don’t recommend her at all…she cancelled me once before and I was fine with it, but something out of my control was unfair to cancel me 5 mins away…she deserves 0 stars.

I wish I could give five stars, but unfortunately I have not had a great experience. I based my decision to seek out Jamilah on the reviews I saw here, as they are mostly positive. I reached out multiple times in an attempt to schedule an appointment over the course of two weeks. Specifically, 8/23, 8/26, and 9/6. My text on 9/6 did receive a very short response with a link to book an appointment. I came across style by Jamilah on Groupon. After purchasing it took awhile for me to get in contact with her to book an appointment due to the website asking for a deposit. After finally booking she canceled last minute.
