Catherine absolutely nailed my hairstyle—she executed exactly what I wanted down to every detail. You can tell she really listens and takes pride in her work. Also, Nay at the front is amazing! She’s so welcoming and attentive, making sure you’re comfortable and taken care of from the moment you walk in. Such a great experience overall—I’ll definitely be back! The salon itself was clean, comfortable, and the receptionist (Nay) she’s very welcoming, while creating a relaxing atmosphere. I appreciate the personalized care. I don’t usually leave reviews, but today’s experience really disappointed me. I have weave, and I understand that not everyone knows how to properly wash weaved hair. Unfortunately, the woman who washed my hair clearly did not. Since this was a last-minute appointment and I already had plans, I decided to move forward anyway.
