Today was my first and last time here. I checked in, eventually. The lady who checked me in (the only one who was with a customer) mumbled a lot and didn't seem to understand a word I said. She kept asking for things to be written down. I was willing to let it go, if she was hard of hearing. I then waited half an hour to be served. No one does my hair as good as Thuy does!!! It’s ALWAYS SO PRETTY! She is the BEST COLORIST!!!
