Sharing my experience so hopefully Sykemain can learn from these mistakes and this doesn't happen to someone else. We looked at purchasing a minivan from them in March 2025. We found a used van we liked, but it hadn't gone through service yet. We were told we could fill out the paperwork and they would set it aside until it went through service. Jay, the salesman, was very good. Very easy to work with & a down to earth gent. I have ZERO issues with Jay! Jesse, sales manager & hierarchy is just a nationwide Corp (as they themselves made clear when I started to research the car with them). They take your info & hold it even though you have ZERO business with them ...ZERO prior, current or future business. I never said they mis represented the vehicle but they hold back til the last minute a number of important details about the vehicle...such as it has only 1 taped to... read more

Went there to test drive a truck, didn’t want to buy that day and made it clear. Test drove a truck, was impressed with it, decided to play with the numbers anyways to see if something could work. Was told that they don’t haggle and haven’t negotiated in 3-4 years. Didn’t seem attentive to really wanting to SELL me the truck either. Pre-approved financing in tow and ready to go, just don’t believe in overpaying. I was willing to chop the difference of their asking price and what I could get 70 miles way (being fair).
