We have a super that has no idea of what he is doing and too lazy to do anything.. He came the night before banging on the door and ringing the door bell like he’s the police at 9:42 PM with no phone call and came told me it’s leaking from my apartment to downstairs and mind you this has been the 3rd time. He looked at it and said there’s a big Problem and he said he turning it off until the next day and would come before 12 and I’m seeing it’s 12 and he is not here and the entire apartment is freezing so I turned it back on... read more
The absolute worst, DO NOT MOVE IN THESE APARTMENTS, they have outside looking nice but inside of these apartments are dirty/filthy and small. They charge a lot of money and you’re not getting anything for your money, they hire the most laziest and incompetent people on this planet, I don’t know why they’re still in business. Styertowne need to hire brand new employees from people that’s in the office to maintenance.. Unprofessional and greedy… STAY FAR AWAY AND GET YOU SOMEWHERE YOUR MONEY WILL APPRECIATE
i been living there for 10 years ,there new management and leasing office is suck ,they trying to charge everything ,and always be complain . i dont recommend to move in there
I am a 6 year resident. It has been under new management for about a year. Since then things are alot better. Cynthia Sherman and Melissa Nunez are very helpful. Issues have been addressed to fix problems..notifications..social greetings etc. to improve the community. The Goldberg Management is much more satisfactory than the previous owners..
It's an absolute disgrace that the apartment building behind me has a super that constantly pulls in and out of the parking lot blasting his music. Why would you hire somebody like this to work on your buildings? Other times he will sit in his car blasting his bass music annoying the neighbors without any regard to the time of day or night!
