yo reconiendo. que. si te van ayudarla oficina de STXCA que. te ayuden de buena manera. por q uno paga por un sevicio no para que la asistente te diga. que uno ablas para quejarte y por favor. cuando vallan y les comenten que agarren la targeta que cuesta como 500 dls no la tomen. por que. eso es fraude nos le ayuda en su puntuaje. I was told by my Mortage lender to go with Letty to remove some collection accounts. We decided to do the advance package which was $849 and the collections account would be removed in 45 days we started with her in March 30. Letty was going to run credit on 6-15 she wouldn’t text me back as much as she first used to and on 6-15 I reached out to her first which was late almost at 5 because she was supposed to call me. Totally recommend STXCA credit experts. I am beyond super happy how fast and accurate my husband and my credit have increased. Thanks to Mrs. Santos and Staff for thier hard work in just 3 weeks. Ms.Santos is a very honest, knowledgeable, reliable and experienced individual that will get you were you want to be.
Great service. Professional and friendly service. With in 6 months my credit was fixed and I was able to get a brand new car from a car dealership With a low interest rate. Totally recommend it . Lety santos very knowledgeable and helpful.
It was very difficult to get a hold of people. The receptionist had to give me my report a few times. I couldn’t even get a final report to see what was the end result unless I paid another month of monitoring. I asked for information on how to remove the fraud alert from my credit and haven’t even been able to get that. Very poor customer service.
Never returned calls nor reports as requested. Person in charge too busy to show process but quick to charge. A waste of $700 for me. Best of luck to others!!
