Steven Buch is a crook. This man sold me a property and misrepresented everything. his seller was not even in the country And doubt he signed any of the documents himself. My contract was to close in 30 days I did not close for 5 months because of unorganized unprofessional communication from him and his client, there was no accountability. Yale Kent LLC also know Stuyvesant Yale LLC run by Stephen Bunch was a horrible property manager. I hired him to serve as property manager for my property. He scammed me out of 4k and was the biggest expense to my property. Charged me for an appraisal he did not tell me nor agreed I would be charged (could have talked to any agent that would do it for free market comparison), took first month renter's rent as his fee even without my consent though he did not give me a listing agreement nor told me I would be paying.
