Shockingly honest and honorable business. In a world where I’ve come to expect people to exaggerate problems to force a sale, I was complete blindsided today when Stutts refused a repair or replace job because it wasn’t necessary yet. They provided another simpler solution that was more appropriate for the time being instead of taking advantage. Amazing to see. Hire Stutts!
By far, the best well service for shallow wells. Called for service this morning and my well was fixed this afternoon!!
This company is always our families go to for water well repair. Wells have been around a long time, but working on wells in this century is becoming a lost art. This company is amazing trustworthy and should be called first to do business they are not your name brand well company but they are better than your name brand well company. Nothing is free but honesty and integrity is what I look for first. Also very knowledgeable in what they are doing meaning they know their stuff no rookie straight pros. I had the pleasure this morning of same-day service from the Stutts father-and-son team and I would sum it up into one word - diligent. They called me back soon after my early morning message (I was without well water overnight) and arrived in about an hour, just like they said. They got to work immediately and working "diligently" had the situation figured out quick.
